    Rapid and feeble action of the heart; with heart failure arrhythmias; nervous heart disorders; sense of constriction; dizziness; irregular pulse; heart palpitations; shortness of breath; precordial pain.

    Apocynum cannabinum (Indian Hemp) Trit. D3:
    Hearts action is depressed; Mitral and tricuspid regurgitation; rapid and feeble irregular cardiac action; Mitral heart failure with dropsy; cardiac arrhythmias; ascites; anxiety feelings in the chest; fatigue and age-beat unit.

    Convallaria majalis (Lilly of the valley) Trit. D3:
