Magnesium phosphoricum is helpful in the treatment of frequent cramps and spasms of muscles. It is supportive in the treatment of muscle pains e.g. menstrual pain, common tensions in the neck or shoulders and painful spasms in the gastrointestinal tract.
Is used traditionally as per homeopathic indications for Neuralgia, spasms, muscles cramps and pains. Menstrual pains. Toothache, muscle ache, hiccups, headaches, cramps in the calves. Excitation and agitation sleep disorders. Nervous indigestion, flatulence. Itchiness. Choreatic & erethistic excitement in children. For quick results, can be dissolved in warm water and sipped.
Adults:
Take 2 tablets half an hour before or after 3 meals and allow to dissolve slowly in the mouth.
Children age 6 years and above:
Take 1 tablet half an hour before or after 3 meals and allow to dissolve slowly in the mouth.
Children age 1 year to 6 years:
Take 1 tablet half an hour before or after 3 meals and allow to dissolve slowly in the mouth.
Infants age 5 months to one year:
Take 1 tablet 2 times a day.
Dissolve the tablet in 6 teaspoons of water, make a solution and give this to your baby.
