Requirements

• Pharm-D, B.Pharm, or BHMS

• 4–5 years’ production experience

• Nutraceutical, cosmetic & herbal experience preferred

• GMP & batch documentation knowledge

• Strong leadership & problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise manufacturing, filling & packaging

• Manage staff, materials, equipment & schedules

• Ensure GMP & quality compliance

• Review batch records & coordinate with QA/QC

• Train staff & improve production efficiency
