Aconitum napellus D6 1.0 ml, Atropa belladonna D30 1.0 ml, Bryonia alba D6 1.0 ml, China officinalis D1 1.0 ml, Carica papaya MT 1.0 ml, Eupatorium perfoliatum D30 1.0 ml, Rhus toxicodendron D30 1.0 ml, and Gelsemium sempervirens D30 1.0 ml.

Adults: 

In Acute cases: Take 10-15 drops 3 times a day in water.

In Chronic cases: Take 20 drops 5 to 6 times a day in water.

Take 5-10 drops three times a day in water.

 

Children aged between 6 and 12 years: 

Take 5 drops 3 to 4 times a day  in water. 

 

Infants:

Take 3 to 5 drops three times a day in water.

 

On improvement, reduce the dose to half 3 times a day.
