Arum triphyllum D6 1.0 ml, Belladonna D6 1.0 ml, Ferrum phosphoricum D8 1.0 ml, Mercurius solubilis Hahnemanni D8 1.0 ml, and Pulsatilla nigricans D4 1.0 ml.

Adults: 

In Acute cases: Take 10-15 drops 3 times a day in water.
